Handling the word is a website for the encouragement of pastors and lay preachers administered by David Harding, a pastor at Milnrow Evangelical Church. It provides online resources and links to other sites of value to preachers.

The Pennine Preachers’ Fellowship comprises men who are members in an evangelical church and who wish to read and meet to discuss issues that will help them improve their preaching and teaching gift.

The North of England Church Leaders’ Conference is an annual conference encouraging fellowship between pastors, deacons and others moving into leadership within churches in the north of England.
